Terms and Conditions of Purchase
1. General terms and conditions of sale
1.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for the parties, which defines the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the "Rivelle Boutique" online store (hereinafter – the Seller).
1.2. Seller's details: TOP baterija, MB, company code 306247010, VAT code LT100015705616, registration address: J. Tumo-Vaižganto str. 8-28, LT-89107 Mažeikiai.
2. Payment procedure
2.1. Payment for goods can be made using integrated electronic banking systems, "Visa" and "Mastercard" payment cards, and upon receipt of goods (if specified at the time of order).
2.2. Upon successful payment, the Buyer automatically receives an order and purchase confirmation via email.
3. Delivery procedure
3.1. Goods are delivered in Lithuania (and, if specified, other Baltic countries) using courier and parcel locker services (e.g., Omniva, DPD, LP Express, Unisend).
3.2. Preparation and delivery time for goods is 1-3 business days from receipt of payment.
3.3. Exact delivery costs (prices) are clearly indicated and calculated for the Buyer during the order placement process before payment is made. Free delivery may apply for orders exceeding a certain amount (e.g., €50).
4. Order cancellation and refund procedure
4.1. The Buyer has the right to return unsuitable goods within 14 days of receiving them.
4.2. The returned item must be unworn, undamaged, not have lost its marketable appearance (no traces of cosmetics, perfume or sweat), and have its original labels.
4.3. The Buyer pays for the shipping costs of returned goods.
4.4. To return an item, the Buyer must contact labas@rivelleboutique.lt for return instructions. Items are returned by sending them to the Seller's specified parcel locker or registered address (J. Tumo-Vaižganto str. 8-28, LT-89107 Mažeikiai).
4.5. The Seller, upon receiving the returned goods and assessing their condition, will refund the Buyer within 5 business days (but no later than 14 days).
4.6. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used by the Customer for the transaction.
5. Dispute resolution terms
5.1. These Rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes are resolved through negotiation.
5.2. The Buyer (consumer) may submit a request or complaint regarding a product purchased in the e-shop to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Vilniaus str. 25, 01402 Vilnius, email: tarnyba@vvtat.lt, website: www.vvtat.lt) or fill out the request form on the ODR platform http://ec.europa.eu/odr/.
