Refund policy

If the size or style does not fit, you may return the items within 14 days of receiving the parcel. The seller pays the return shipping costs - applicable for Lithuania. Sustomer pays for return shipping from Latvia and Estonia.
The returned item must be unworn, undamaged, retain its original appearance (with no traces of cosmetics, perfume, or sweat), and have its original tags attached.
To return an item, contact us by email labas@rivelleboutique.lt for return instructions. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt of the returned parcel.
