• In Lithuania (LP Express parcel lockers): 1.99 €
• In Latvia and Estonia (Unisend parcel lockers): 1.99 €
• Courier delivery (LT): 3.49 €
• Convenience: You can pay by bank card or cash when collecting the item from a parcel locker (C.O.D).

RETURNS
If the size or style is unsuitable, you can return the items within 14 days of receiving the package. Return fee pays customer.

Condition of returned items:

• The item must be unworn, undamaged, and retain its original appearance.
• The item must have all its original tags attached.
• We kindly ask you to try on clothes carefully. Items showing traces of makeup (powder, lipstick) or smelling of perfume or sweat cannot be returned to the assortment, so the return will not be approved.

How do I return an item?
To make a return, email us at labas@rivelleboutique.lt stating your order number. We will send you return instructions. The money will be transferred to the buyer's account within 5 business days of receiving the returned package.
