- In Latvia and Estonia (Unisend parcel lockers): 1.99 €
- Delivery by courier (LT, LV, EE): 3.49 €
- Convenience: Payment by bank card or cash upon collection of goods at the parcel locker (C.O.D) is possible.
RETURN OF GOODS
If the size or model did not fit, you can return the goods within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Condition of returned goods:
- The item must be unworn, undamaged, and retain its marketable appearance.
- The item must have all original tags.
- Please try on clothes carefully. Items with visible makeup (foundation, lipstick) marks or a smell of perfume or sweat will not be accepted back into the assortment, and therefore the return will not be confirmed.
How to return an item?
To make a return, please email us at labas@rivelleboutique.lt with your order number. We will send you return instructions. Money will be transferred to the buyer's account within 5 business days of receiving the returned shipment.
